He grew Hamilton Demolition’s revenue by 30% over the two years as managing director and co-owner. Successfully built Hamilton Precision Engineering’s oxidation pond aerator business from zero. Developing all sales and marketing tools, to generate nearly NZD 5 Mn in unit and servicing sales.
